The Human Resources Analyst will assist the HR leadership to develop, implement, and drive the human capital strategy as part of achieving the School’s human capital objectives and the long term strategic vision. The HR Analyst works within the scope of the Finance & Operations Team and will work in accordance with the Principle based Working at ISC Guideline.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who effectively employs best practices in elementary learning. These include being an active team player, collaborating with all faculty to ensure learning for all students. The candidate is expected to develop skills in the delivery of Reader’s and Writer’s Workshop as the primary literacy pedagogy used.
MS/HS Brazilian Department Interdisciplinary Teacher
This position is being created to fulfill the future needs of the Brazilian Department over multiple years. We are looking for teachers who are flexible and able to teach multiple subjects. For this reason, we would like to hear from professionals with degrees in Letras, History and Geography.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who effectively employs the best aspects of the new Brazilian Common Core (BNCC) as well as current research findings in pedagogy, language education and social studies in an international education setting. She or he will also productively collaborate with several school teams to design strong interdisciplinary units of learning and take part in committees, ISC Academy, Personalized learning activities and community efforts and events.
The ideal candidate for a Brazilian Department Interdisciplinary teaching position will have a good degree of communicative competence in English, a strong desire to grow professionally in order to impact student learning, and a teaching certificate in Letras, History or Geography (Licenciatura Plena)and willingness to study for a second teaching certification, if necessary. Graduate degrees are a plus.
