Bruno Gugelmin

Motivation: I am a former ISC alumnus (Class of 2002), and alongside my two younger sisters, my family attended ISC over a span of 22 years, my father having served the ISC Board for 14 of them. I went on to university in the United States and forged an international career in a multinational company for 15 years, having recently returned to my hometown of Curitiba. Given my experiences and the love and connection I feel for ISC, I believe I am uniquely positioned to help ISC continue its evolution and support the Board and Administration in fulfilling its mission.

Motivation: As your board member, I will champion academic excellence and high standards throughout our school. I'll work to strengthen our educational foundation and help students reach their full potential. I believe in supporting our teachers' expertise while ensuring our curriculum prepares children for tomorrow's world. By fostering a culture that values achievement and growth, we'll create clear paths for student success. Together, we can shape a learning environment where both critical thinking and practical skills develop naturally, giving our students the tools they need to succeed in life after graduation. My commitment is to thoughtful leadership that moves our school forward while honoring our community's values.

Motivation: I was honoured to hold a temporary Board position, having replaced another Board member since January 2025. I am eager to assume the Board Secretary duties on a permanent basis for the next three years. I can contribute to educational or HR topics, as I hold a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology, and I have spent over 15 years in various roles within the HR sector at IKEA International Company. I admire the achievements of the fantastic Leadership Team, ISC staff, and PTO, and would be delighted to invest my knowledge and time in ISC's promising future.

Motivation: I will leverage my experience in leadership roles within international companies and my extensive interaction with diverse cultures to enhance governance, ensure financial stability, and promote the school's international profile, providing our students with educational opportunities both now and in the future.

For the General Assembly 2025, all association members can vote via mobile or desktop devices.
Each voter will receive a Voter ID and a Voter Key allowing them to vote only once.
You can proceed with the voting by following the steps below:

- Click the ”Click Here to Vote” button for direct access to the voting area;
- Proceed to make your voting selections;
- Click Submit and confirm your vote.
