Elementary School

Inspired Learners

In lessons that focus on multidisciplinary concepts and competencies, teachers step aside and inspire students to grow through collaboration and critical thinking.

A holistic learning approach

The Elementary School (Grades 1 to 5) is a vibrant environment where students have rich, engaging, and fun experiences.

Through Transdisciplinary Learning, they develop a holistic understanding of subjects, and apply their knowledge to the real world – all while cultivating essential skills for future success.

Learning happens through research-based approaches, conceptual understanding, competencies, and character development.

What Makes Us Unique

Learning for the Real World

Through the Phenomenon-Based Approach, our students' learn topics that are directly linked to real-world. This allows them to apply their acquired knowledge and skills across subjects and beyond the classroom.

Home Learning, Not Homework

We value our students' home time, that's why we do not assign homework. Instead, we encourage them to dedicate their free time to activities they enjoy, nurturing interests outside of school.

Personalized Support for Students

Each classroom is equipped with a dedicated teacher and a learning assistant, ensuring that students receive personalized attention, guidance, and support tailored to their individual needs.

Home-School Communication

We offer robust school-home communication through various channels:

  • Weekly updates on Toddle (our parent communication platform) with information and photos of student activities;
  • Written communication from teachers to parents every Monday;
  • Weekly letter from the Elementary School principals, including text and videos;
  • A report card every semester.

Student Well-Being

We prioritize the emotional well-being of our students by valuing a holistic approach that includes Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs, along with a dedicated Counselor for the Elementary School.

Our goal is to provide a supportive environment that nurtures mental health while fostering personal growth and development.

ISC Academy (after-school activities)

We offer a wide range of free and paid after-school activities, including the Lego Club, Sports Initiation, Mindfulness & Motion, Environmental Awareness, Music, Creativity, French, Drone Classes, Games Development, Gymnastics, Circus, Judo, Tag Rugby, and Girls’ Self-Defense.
